Architecture

As an Architecture student, you must fulfil the Communication Requirement, also referred to as the English Language Proficiency Requirement, before entering your 3A term.

Typically, you meet the requirement by receiving a B or higher on your précis, and no further action is needed.

If the requirement is not met in this way, you are strongly encouraged to take a communications-intensive course to meet the Communication Requirement. You have access to a selection of communication and language courses. Alternatively, you may attempt to write the English Language Proficiency Exam (ELPE).

For the most up-to-date information, please see the undergraduate calendar and/or your faculty advisor.
