Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) – coping during COVID-19: a resource for youth (Pdf)
CAMH has created an information sheet with tips for youth to take care of themselves and their mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Suggested tips and strategies are categorized into eight different themes: stay informed, support your physical health, create a routine, stay connected, set boundaries, be mindful of safer substance use, cope with stress, and look into financial resources. Share this information sheet with students via email, social media platforms, or simply post them on communication walls.
