Sharon Kirkpatrick is a nutritionist and Associate Professor in the School of Public Health Sciences, and University Research Chair. Kirkpatrick’s current research focuses mainly on advancing methodologies for assessing diet and understanding the complexities, including multidimensionality and dynamism, in dietary patterns. Her work also explores the utility of systems thinking and methods to better understand the array of factors that influence major nutrition challenges and the effectiveness of interventions to address these challenges.
