 ud\nsettings. While this is justified by the scalability and efficiency\nb
 enefits of cloud-based services\, it also raises new security and\nprivacy
  challenges. Solving them by naive application of standard\nsecurity/priva
 cy techniques can conflict with other functional\nrequirements. In this ta
 lk\, I will outline some cloud-assisted\nservices and the conflicts that a
 rise while trying to secure these\nservices.
