 creasingly\nchallenging as the number of unhandled email grows. During a t
 riage\nsession\, users commonly defer handling emails that they cannot\nim
 mediately deal with to later. These deferred emails\, are often\nrelated t
 o tasks that are postponed until the user has more time or\nthe right info
 rmation to deal with them.
