Heather Swartz (MSW) is a Partner with Agree Incorporated, a conflict management firm providing a broad range of dispute resolution services since 1993. Heather’s practice includes workplace and civil mediation, conflict coaching, workplace assessment and investigation services, facilitation and customized training in conflict management and union-management relationships. Heather is the 2017 recipient of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) Lionel J. McGowan Regional Award of Excellence.

Heather is an Instructor for Mediation Certificate programs at Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo and a former Instructor at McMaster University and the University of Toronto. For nine years she served the Town of Dundas as a School Board Trustee. Heather is a former Roster Mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program and has received the Chartered Mediator (CMed.) designation, Certified Family Mediator (Cert. F. Med.) and the Accredited Family Mediator (Acc.FM.) designation. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for the ADR Institute of Ontario since 2003, and served as President for two years.
