Conrad is excited to be participating in UW Apprentice, the premier case competition for Waterloo's most innovative students.
During the competition, students devise solutions for business problems faced by early-stage startups in the community. At the conclusion of the event, they present their ideas to a panel of judges which includes representatives from the case-hosting startups.
Professor David Rose will speak at the opening ceremonies on November 7 to share presentation best-practices and explain what the judges are looking for in the final pitches. David will also act as a judge at the UW Apprentice finals on November 14-15.
On November 15, Conrad will be hosting an info session for UW Apprentice participants interested in the Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) program.
About UW Apprentice
Apprentice is a weekend-long case competition in which students solve real problems for real startups. On November 14-15, four exciting startups from the Waterloo community will present a problem to a cohort of 20 delegates and receive creative solutions to create growth, value, and tangible impact. The startups and their cases provide a diverse picture of the startup world, and student teams have the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of the case-hosting startups.
