Finance Operational Modifications due to COVID-19

This message was originally sent to Finance Newsletter recipients by the Finance department.


What is happening? 

Per University guidance dated March 16, 2020 advising all Waterloo employees to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, certain business operations and processes within Finance have been modified. 

What does this mean to me? 

Finance is reviewing its processes and has published preliminary modification information (username and password required) for each of: 

  • Revenue operations; 
  • Payments & Expenses operations; 
  • Budget Transfers; and, 
  • Corporate Accounting operations. 

There are no anticipated disruptions to Treasury, Tax, Insurance or Systems operations at this time.
