Spent too much time sitting at home this winter? Want to get some exercise, make some new friends, and have a ton of fun while doing it? Then join the Chilly Dog Run!

Mar. 11, 2015 New DIY Orientation Sessions, Mar. 24, 2015, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m., Mar. 26, 2015, 3-4 p.m.

The DIY therapy program is a pilot self-help initiative targeted at students that may prefer to deal with any issues in a self-directed manner.

Students are invited to attend one of our two orientation sessions that will introduce students to self-help theory and show them strategies to be successful in using it.

Oct. 8, 2014 Spin for Mental Health

In support of the Mental Health Wellness month campaign, Spin-For-Mental- Health is an event open to students, faculty and staff.

Recreation and leisure has been proven to impact as well as improve people’s overall mental health; therefore, this event is designed to raise awareness of mental health and mental wellness on the University of Waterloo campus.
