May 19, 2015 6th Annual University of Waterloo Wellness Walk

This year's Wellness Walk takes place from Tuesday, May 19, to Friday, June 12, 2015 and has been organized by your Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Last year over 350+ campus employees walked over 54,445.5 thousand kilometres. An amazing feat - or feet, as the case may be. Let's do it again this year!

Spent too much time sitting at home this winter? Want to get some exercise, make some new friends, and have a ton of fun while doing it? Then join the Chilly Dog Run!

Mar. 11, 2015 New DIY Orientation Sessions, Mar. 24, 2015, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m., Mar. 26, 2015, 3-4 p.m.

The DIY therapy program is a pilot self-help initiative targeted at students that may prefer to deal with any issues in a self-directed manner.

Students are invited to attend one of our two orientation sessions that will introduce students to self-help theory and show them strategies to be successful in using it.
