 data\nscientists to explore their sensitive datasets. Due to the popularit
 y\nof differential privacy\, data owners want the data exploration to\nens
 ure provable privacy guarantees. However\, current systems for\ndifferenti
 ally private query answering place an inordinate burden on\nthe data analy
 sts to understand differential privacy\, manage their\nprivacy budget and 
 even implement new algorithms for noisy query\nanswering. Moreover\, curre
 nt systems do not provide any guarantees to\nthe data analyst on the quant
 ity they care about\, namely accuracy of\nquery answers.
