DESCRIPTION:The Senior Women Talent Pipeline (SWTP) at the Department of\nO
 perational Support (DOS) is the United Nations (UN) Secretariat’s\nflags
 hip project aimed at increasing gender parity among senior level\n(P5- D2)
  civilian staff in UN field missions. The SWTP provides\npersonalized supp
 ort to members as they apply for senior positions\nthrough the UN Staff Se
 lection System and tailored training\nopportunities to make members more c
 ompetitive in the recruitment\nprocess. Support includes review of applica
 tions and profiles\, support\nin preparing for assessments\, targeted trai
 ning and development\nopportunities enhancing members’ profiles and comp
 etitiveness during\nrecruitment processes\, and membership in a global pro
 fessional network\nof women leaders.
