Waterloo Science students head to World Mining Competition

The Society of Canadian Limnologists announced Earth and Environmental Sciences Chair William Taylor as the winner of the 2016 Frank Rigler Award, the society’s highest honour.

Earth and Environmental Sciences supports Mental Health Wellness Day

Earth and Environmental Sciences faculty, staff and students wear orange in support of Mental Health Awareness Day.

Members of the University of Waterloo community, including EES students, staff and faculty, wore their orange Mental Health Wellness t-shirts yesterday to let the campus community know that Waterloo is a safe place to talk about mental health issues.
