Logan Day 2015 honours Department's 50th anniversary

Earth and Environmental Sciences faculty and staff don Logan Day t-shirts throughout the years.Helping to celebrate our 50th anniversary, members of the department donned many of the Logan Day t-shirts created throughout the years.

Logan Day honours Sir William Logan, the first director of the Geological Survey of Canada, and occurs at the beginning of September. This year's event at the beautiful Columbia Lake park on September 18th included games such as the piezometer throw and rock hammer toss as well as great BBQ.

Participants rounded out the evening with a social from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Heuther Hotel in Waterloo.
