Join us on Sunday, May 5th for a tour of the Peter Russell Rock Garden. Located in the heart of campus, the rock garden contains 70+ specimens from around the globe. Participants will learn about the history of Earth, mines and minerals of Canada as well as the unique rock structures of Ontario.
The 1.5 hour tour will led by the Earth Sciences Museum curator Peter Russell.
The tour will be from 1:30–3:00 PM and will begin and end at University of Waterloo, Parking Lot C (off of Seagram Drive). The walk includes paved surfaces throughout the campus and there is accessible parking available closer to the site. Pickup a ticket from Parking Services located on Ring Road.
