ALUMNI SPEAKER SERIES
Everything You Wanted to Know About 5G but Were Afraid to Ask

The fifth generation of technology for cellular networks, also known as 5G, is poised to change the way we connect and communicate: with other humans, with machines, and how machines communicate with each other.

Join moderator professor Catherine Rosenberg, and a panel of experts as they discuss the 5G network infrastructure required for this robust technology; how trillions of devices will be able to connect in new ways and how 5G will be applied practically, including how it will help narrow the digital divide that has become even more apparent during COVID-19. Everything from health concerns to crazy conspiracy theories, this session will give you the inside scoop on how 5G will reshape our future.

The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panel of experts.

A Zoom link will be sent to those who register for this session.
