Global Entrepreneurship WeekThe Conrad School is hosting a lunch hour Speakers' Series as part of the annual Global Entrepreneurship Week 2020 global awareness and celebration. Please join us to hear 30-45-minute presentations covering entrepreneurship topics. Join us for the lunch hour to hear speakers' presentations on any of the following dates and times:

Monday, November 16th between 12:00pm and 12:45pm
Thursday, November 19th between 12:00pm and 12:45pm

• Leading a Diverse Team – Janet Boekhorst
Janet Boekhorst, BComm, MIR, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business. She was an Adjunct Professor at York University and University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Janet earned her PhD from York University and her Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) from Queen’s University. She teaches BET 340 - Essentials of Entrepreneurial Planning and Execution and BET 450 – Leadership.

• Entrepreneurship and Innovation: What is the impact of government policies and programs? - Margaret Dalziel
Margaret Dalziel, PhD, is an Associate Professor with the Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business and VP Research, The Evidence Network.

Marium is a Waterloo Health Sciences graduate and Co-founder and CEO at Starterhacks, Worlds’s only hackathon for first time hackers with 50-50 gender split
