Ski lifts with sunshine behind them at Osler Bluff Ski Club

Please join us on the slopes to ski or snowboard at this exclusive and beautiful private resort! Once again this year, we are partnering with the Faculty of Science and Science alumni will join us on the hills.

Thank you to Steve Vokes (Civil '77) for hosting Waterloo Engineering at Osler Bluff once again.

Lift tickets

FULL DAY - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Adults: $80 each
Students: $65 each (w/ student id)
Children: $55 each (12 and under)
HALF DAY - 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Adults: $48 each
Students: $45 each (w/ student id)
Children: $35 each (12 and under)
*all prices include HST  

Orchard Lodge Cafe

New for 2017! Instead of a lunch buffet, the Club has agreed to open the Orchard Lodge Cafe especially for our group. The food line will be open all day for you to purchase breakfast, lunch and snacks at your leisure. Meals will be much more affordable this way with food ranging from approximately $2 for a muffin to $15 for a lunch combo.

If you prefer not to purchase your lunch in the food line, please feel free to bring a brown bag lunch (or cooler) to eat in the Orchard Lodge.

Optional Lessons

Arrangements for skiing or snowboarding lessons - group or private - must be made at least 10 days in advance. Please make you lesson arrangements directly with the Snow School at Osler Bluff Ski Club at 705-445-4507 ext. 231 or email.

If you have never skied before, a complimentary first time lesson is available at 10:30 am (one hour in length) at the J-Bar but pre-registration is required. If you choose to access this lesson, please contact the Snow School at Osler Bluff Ski Club at 705-445-4507 ext. 231 or email.

Equipment Rental

Visit Squire John's to book your ski or snowboard equipment on-line (fill in your information under "New to the Site?" option). Equipment rentals must be reserved by Friday, January 13, 2017. Equipment cannot be rented the day of the event if it is not reserved by the deadline.

Each guest is responsible for paying for their own rental equipment - see the equipment rental rates (PDF) for prices on the various pieces of equipment or packages. When booking equipment online, please use the date (Friday, January 20, 2017), location (Osler Bluff Ski Club) and group name (University of Waterloo Engineering Alumni).

1:30 p.m. Half-day lift tickets can be picked up
from the ticket window inside Orchard Lodge
on the lower level.
1:45 p.m. Group photo - please gather on the Orchard
Lodge outdoor patio.
2:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. Fun Timed Run - sign up in the morning
and meet at the top of the Exhibition run
to start your timed runs.
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Après Ski reception in Orchard Lodge

complimentary snacks will be served); cash bar.
