Raafat Mansour, an electrical and computer engineering professor, was honoured with an engineering medal for research and development by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers at its annual awards gala held November 22.
"A Dynamic Markov Game for Decision Making in Self-Protecting Software" by Mahsa Emami-Taba (PhD Student), Mehdi Amoui (Postdoctoral Fellow), and Professor Ladan Tahvildari from the STAR Lab of the ECE Department was honoured with the "Technology Showcase Best Exhibit award" at CASCON 2014, the 24th International Conference hosted by the Centre for Advanced Studies (CAS) Research, IBM Canada Software Laboratory.
