Waterloo's IEEE Electronics Packaging Society (EPS) Student Branch Chapter was recently awarded the Outstanding Student Chapter Award for 2021 by the local IEEE KW Section. Formed only in 2020, it is the first IEEE EPS Student Branch Chapter in Waterloo region. In less than two years it is recognized for its active organization of events and seminars to promote the EPS charter.

Nagula Sangary, a researcher with the Centre for Intelligent Antenna and Radio Systems (CIARS) and an adjunct associate professor in electrical and computer engineering, died on Monday, November 15.
