Submitting Forms

If a form is to be submitted to a student's Undergraduate Advisor/Coordinator, it can usually be submitted by one of the following means:

  1. Submit the form in-person to E7 4318 for Electrical Engineering, or E7 4314 for Computer Engineering.
  2. E-mail the form to the Program Advisor/Coordinator (Electrical Engineering: tracey.szarka@uwaterloo.ca or Computer Engineering: cjfermin@uwaterloo.ca) (either as a filled-in editable PDF or as a scan of form filled-in by hand).

In-person form submission normally generates the quickest feed-back if there are any issues.
