After School Clubs

After School Club for boys and girls is designed to give students a chance to be a part of the design and engineering of devices and technology that make our lives easier.

Breadboard circuitThe goal is for students to come and experiment with technology at their own pace and be introduced to different forms of technology or skills.

This program is unique in that progress is pushed along by each students' interest and curiosity.  We provide the resources and some starting information and they provide the creativity.

There are also separate streams: hardware (Diode and Servo) and software (COBOL and Fortran). Typical hardware activities include: Lego NXT, circuit design, and soldering. Typical software activities include: Arduino programming, coding and Scratch.

All after school clubs will start on Tuesday January 31st, 2017 (Diode I/Cobol I) Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 (Diode II/Cobol II, Servo/Fortran).
