Exercise is important for both physical and mental health. Taking regular breaks and developing positive social connections are equally important. Thursday wellness lunch-time walks are a chance to do all three! Will we have two sessions each Thursday. One from 11:30-noon and the other from 12:30-1 p.m. You can join us for one or both of the walks. In nice weather we will walk outside around the Ring Road. In messy weather we will walk indoors. Please wear proper footwear and bring water if you need it. We will meet at the bottom of the stairs to Engineering 5 (outside by the tracks if the weather is nice, and inside in the second floor foyer if the weather is bad). Faculty, staff, grad students, and undergrad students (from any department/faculty) are all welcome. We will walk for 20-30 mins. You will have time to both walk and eat lunch before you head back to work/class.
