Provides advice and counsel on human resources matters including recruitment, performance evaluation, retention and best practice.

Oversees strategic planning, strategic reporting, external and internal data analysis and management.

  • Data Requests – internal and external data information - Director of planning is always a good starting point for data, by asking this office first you can avoid duplicating efforts. If your request is something not currently being completed by Director of planning, the office will consider adding the report to their annual workplan
