The DSAC online feedback form allows staff members to provide DSAC with feedback, concerns, and suggestions for the Faculty of Engineering. Feedback will be reviewed and discussed a regular DSAC meetings which typically occur once a term.
Please note that DSAC is not intended to address individual staff member issues, nor is it intended to replace the roles and responsibilities of existing uWaterloo departments and organizations such as Human Resources, Office of Conflict Management & Human Rights Office, Staff Association, etc.
