The tradition continues on July 14, 2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm to celebrate Engineering Day with our incredible community of students, alumni, professors and staff. This year's activities will include a colour throw (wear a white t-shirt!), BBQ featuring the famous 'Boggan Burgers, free treats and refreshments, a photo booth, purpling, The Tool and The Tool Bearers, and so much more!

They are analogous to "Hackathons" for software engineers, but instead of building apps, contestants use real-world data to develop and substantiate solutions to a socially impactful problem.
