SUMMARY:Why Founders Waste Months on the Wrong Decisions and How to Avoid I
 t
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:Building a startup\, venture\, or applied project often means m
aking\ndecisions with incomplete information. This practical working sessi
on\nwill help participants identify real market signals before spending\nm
onths on the wrong customer\, pricing\, message\, or channel.\n\nThe sessi
on is designed for students\, graduate students\, founders\,\nstartup oper
 ators\, and project builders interested in\nentrepreneurship\, innovation\
 , commercialization\, and applied\ndecision-making. Participants will lear
n how to recognize common\ndecision traps\, separate real market signals f
rom polite feedback\, and\nthink more clearly about what to test before bu
ilding\, selling\, or\nscaling further.\n\nThe session is led by Vivian Wa
ng\, an MBET graduate student at the\nConrad School of Entrepreneurship an
d Business and founder of Growth\nPartner AI\, which was recently recogniz
ed as part of Scale Up\nCanada’s Waterloo 50.
