Professor Soudki, who died September 17, 2013 after a long battle with cancer, was an internationally-renowned leader in the field of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete structures with emphasis on the use of advanced fibre reinforced polymers (FRP) for the repair of structures. He leaves behind a legacy of engineering research in Canada and around the world.
The Memorial Service will include technical presentations by some of Professor Soudki's students, colleagues’ reflections on his personal and professional life, and various dedications, including a memorial donation opportunity.
