During this Office Hour, Karim will talk about his experience working in product management at Amazon. He'll talk about lessons learned during his career in tech and management consulting and share tips for getting recruited by tech/consulting firms. Biography
Karim Lallani is currently a Senior Manager at Amazon and manages a team of product managers based in Toronto and Seattle. He owns an internal product called Amazon Connections that's used by 1M+ Amazon employees everyday. Connections is an innovative product that gives Amazonians a confidential and effective way to give feedback on the workplace and help shave the future of the company. By asking employees quick questions every day, Connections leverages real-time information to learn more about their experiences and introduce positive changes with internal business partners around the world.

Prior to Amazon, Karim completed his MBA at Ivey Business School and worked in management consulting at KPMG. At KPMG, Karim worked in Strategy & Operations consulting focused on healthcare tech and data/analytics. 

Karim graduated in 2006 from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Systems Design Engineering) and started off his career in eHealth working at University Health Network.
