Office Hour: "Should I Start a Business or Get a Job?"Export this event to calendar

Thursday, July 15, 2021 — 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM EDT

Waterloo Engineering students and alumni are invited to participate in an exclusive virtual Office Hour "Should I Start a Business or Get a Job?" sponsored by Ten Thousand Coffees.

Let the great debate begin! On July 15th, join us for our most controversial Office Hour yet: deciding if you should stake out and create your own venture or accept that job offer. If you’re still navigating your next steps as a fresh graduate or if you've ever thought about starting your own business but didn’t know if it was the right move, this is the event for you!

Dave Wilkin (BSc 2011), an entrepreneur and CEO of Ten Thousand Coffees, will host three esteemed guests: an entrepreneur, a venture capitalist, and an early career leader for their take on a question they’ve often had to answer: Should I Start a Business or Get a Job? RSVP to receive the Cisco Webex link to join. Bring your questions and get ready for a fun panel discussion!

Join the Waterloo Engineering Hub (powered by Ten Thousand Coffees) to gain access to this Office Hour. If you are already a member of the Waterloo Engineering Hub, please sign in to RSVP.
