Get Moving with Brain Breaks!

Get Moving with Brain Breaks!

Are you tired of sitting at your computer all day? Are you moving less and less during the pandemic? Do you need more movement and stretching in your day? Are you looking for a simply way to increase your energy, focus and concentration? If you answered yes to any of the previous questions, then this session is for you! Join us and learn more about how short, micro, “brain breaks” can support your brain and help improve your mood, focus, and performance. Brain brains are fun, quick, and effective movements (accessible for all abilities) that you can easily add to your workday, team meetings, and classes. If you have kids at home, feel free to bring them to this session.
