The Renison English Language Institute Office (REN 1930) is open again! Visit the office on Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm ET. 

For the Fall 2021 term, we will plan to offer our BASE and EFAS programs in both a completely online or blended (in-person and online) format. Learn more about Fall BASE on the BASE website. Learn more about the Fall EFAS program on our News webpage.

The Renison English Language Institute (ELI) at the University of Waterloo welcomed its latest cohort of students to the new General English At Renison (GEAR) program on Monday, February 8th.  GEAR, which is designed to offer an intensive yet flexible short-term English language learning experience to post-secondary aged students and working professionals, is just the latest in a suite of non-credit English language programs offered

Donation launches fund to provide university level English instruction for Syrian refugees

A $15,000 donation has launched a fund that will support English language learning for Syrian refugees in the region. The donation to Renison University College, University of Waterloo, will cover tuition for refugees at Renison’s English Language Institute (ELI).

Principal Wendy Fletcher is encouraged by this donation.
