Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for grad/faculty/staff: Activate and access your Office 365

Note: Please do not download Office 365 ProPlus versions to university-owned computers; use the locally installed version of Microsoft Office instead. When in doubt, ask the MAD Help Desk.

With Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, graduate students, faculty members, and staff can download and install the Microsoft Office suite of apps on up to 5 of their personal devices. Learn how to activate and access your Office 365 account.

The Office 365 ProPlus includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive (5 TB of storage).

Please note that some apps are only available to undergraduate students. Graduate students, faculty members, and staff will continue to use Microsoft Exchange (Connect) for email and calendar. Learn more about access to Office 365 email and applications by audience.
