ALARM! Responding to our climate emergency

Marzieh (Mari) Foroutan a PhD student in the Faculty of Environment’s has been confirmed as a passenger on flight PS752 which crashed in Iran with no reported survivors.
“Our thoughts are with the family and friends of everyone who perished in this incident and we will provide support to anybody in our community affected by this tragic incident,” said Jean Andrey, dean of the Faculty of Environment. “A strong, supportive, diverse community is the foundation for everything we do in Environment. As we grieve, I urge everyone to have an open heart and be there for each other.”
