Please join us Friday, March 20th at 12PM for the next installment of our free Environment Seminar Series presented by the Faculty of Environment. The lecture will be by Professor Sara Seck on "Indigenous rights, environmental rights, and Canadian extractive sector corporate responsibilities: challenges in implementation."

Sara SeckAssociate Professor Sara Seck (PhD) joined the Faculty of Law, Western University, (London, Ontario) in July 2007. Her research interests include corporate social responsibility with a focus on extractive industries, international environmental, human rights, and sustainable development law, indigenous law and climate change. She also has an interest in international legal theory, notably the relationship between Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) and international legal theories that draw upon constructivist international relations theory.

There will be a complimentary, locally-sourced lunch served at 12PM.
