SUMMARY:The 'plan bee' for a changing climate: pollination infrastructure f
 or\na shifting agricultural reality
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:Master of Future Cities' student Konrad Borowski will present a
t the\nnext SERS Salon talk to explore the critical infrastructure of\npol
 lination today\, and the ways operational\, ecological\, and\nmechanical a
pproaches are changing to protect its continuity. As\nclimate change alter
s flowering seasons and exposes agriculture to\nfloods\, droughts\, and ex
treme heat\, the pollination that supports\nthree-quarters of all food on
Earth is at risk of collapse.
