The Jack Rosen Memorial Award was created to reward out-of-the-box thinking and encourage Environment students to innovate solutions to solve, mitigate or prevent environmental problems.

Join us for the exciting pitch session, where the top ten finalists will present their ideas 'Dragon's Den' style to a panel of judges. The winner will walk away with a cool $1000 and there are up to two $500 Honorable Mentions awards.

James Coleman with Dean Andre RoySpecial talk by 2013 Grand Prize recipient, James Coleman. Now a 2nd year student, James is currently in the process of prototyping his winning idea, SunRays. In this talk James will be sharing his story of innovation, the creative process, and bringing an idea from paper to prototype. 

A reception with light refreshments will follow.
