Global Learning Centre takes We organization to new heights, having purchased a 372-square-foot, high-tech education centre in Toronto's Corktown in the city's lower east end. School of Planning professor Pierre Filion comments on this neighbourhood transformation, saying that the peoples' collective action is at work here.
