Faculty of Environment graduate students from the Geospatial Club ran a successful workshop about Machine Learning for Geospatial Data. This event was held in collaboration with the Dana Porter Geospatial Centre.
On Thursday January 10, the University of Waterloo’s Office of Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) hosted the final showcase for the GRADflix initiative. The Faculty of Environment represented five of the fifteen finalists, the largest number of any faculty on campus.
“The Urban Studies Minor will provide the next generation of urban scholars, policymakers and professionals with the skills needed to shape effective policy, better manage natural and built environments, and create equitable, inclusive and vibrant societies.”
