Meet the Recipients

Ellen Taylor

Ellen Taylor HeadshotProgram: Knowledge Integration

"I believe the most significant environmental challenge facing society today is our inability to directly connect our actions to major environmental crises such as climate change. Without ubiquitous acknowledgement of the severity of our daily actions and their influence on our environment, anthropogenic crises will continue to get worse."

Jenna Phillips

"I believe that taking action on the individual level is the best way to implement a long-term change across the planet; the more individuals who take action, the sooner many environmental and social challenges can be overcome."
