Quest
Quest is the University of Waterloo’s online student information system. The system supports student academic, biographical, enrolment, financial, and administrative information. Use Quest to:
- view your tuition financial statements
- update your contact information
- view your unofficial academic transcript
- enrol in courses and view your course schedule
Keep your contact information up to date. You are responsible for ensuring your address, phone number, and email are current. Each term, review and update your personal information on Quest so advisors and professors can reach you.
UWaterloo Portal
UWaterloo Portal delivers the information you need, just when you need it. The Portal is designed to make your Waterloo life easier, providing mobile-friendly access to a suite of real-time information, updates and features relevant to you. You can customize the content that appears in your Portal, so you can easily navigate your academic, social and campus life. Some features of Portal include:
- checking the availability of study spaces
- bus schedules
- to-do lists and reminders
All University of Waterloo students have an "@uwaterloo.ca" email account. Learn about your email account settings (including how to correctly forward email from this account to an external account like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, etc.).
LEARN
LEARN is a web-based learning management system that enables instructors to manage course materials and interact easily and efficiently with their students. LEARN complements traditional on-campus courses and provides a site for fully online (“distance”) learning.
Undergraduate Calendar
The Undergraduate Calendar is your main source of information about courses, degree requirements, and regulations. The Undergraduate Calendar describes:
- university policies and regulations
- academic plan requirements
- course descriptions and prerequisites
WaterlooWorks
WaterlooWorks is a Web application to help students with the co-op process. Students can view information about job postings, interviews, applications, and job offers. This data is accessible to co-op, non-co-op, and graduating students.
