  foster\nsupport and connections among womxn and non-binary leaders across
  our\ncommunity campus. This event is open to all women-identifying and\nn
 on-binary leaders\, who also identify as Indigenous\, Black\, or\nracializ
 ed and who oversee teams and/or supervise direct reports. \n\n This even
 t is an opportunity to come together\, share challenges\,\ncelebrate wins\
 , and build meaningful connections that will empower us\nall in our leader
 ship journeys. Let’s create a space where we can\nlearn from each other\
 , uplift one another\, and strengthen our\ncollective voice. \n\nLunch is
