 dback often reports medium or\nlower levels of efficiency and knowledge tr
 ansfer associated with\nequity training programs. By revisiting cases of p
 roviding equity\ntraining\, this workshop will identify and explain the ch
 allenges\nassociated with delivering and receiving such initiatives. The s
 ession\nwill compare the employees' expectations of equity training with t
 he\nrequirements of professional development programs. During the session\
 ndiscussions\, we will examine the gaps and provide practical\nsuggestions
