Digital curation is the practice of collecting useful web-based resources. The bookmark feature in your web browser is a simple digital curation tool. More sophisticated tools (such as Diigo) allow you to annotate those resources, organize them, and share them. Some digital curation tools (such as Scoop.It or Paper.Li) even automate that process: you indicate the key words or sources that are of interest to you, and the tool will generate an attractive online “newspaper” that features relevant resources.
