A contemporary play put on by University of Waterloo's very own Drama
Top Girls takes place during Margaret Thatcher's first term as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. It tells the story of Marlene, an up-and-coming executive at the Top Girls Employment Agency and the difficulties she has to overcome in order to achieve career “success”.
Third and fourth year students from Systems Design Engineering will be presenting their design projects at the Davis Centre on March 15th from 10:00am-4:30pm.
All are welcome to browse the interactive displays and meet with our students during the symposium.
Attendance is free and all are welcome to attend.
Water 4 Life is an awareness raising event, hosted by uWaterloo Free the Children, where participating teams will run a relay around BHM Green carrying jugs of water, all in an effort to bring attention to critical water issues that affect communities around the world.
Team registration takes place February 26, 27 and 28 in the SLC from 9am - 5pm.
The team that raises the most money will win an exclusive new Android smartphone, equipped with a one year plan.
