Dr. Harry Zheng, Mathematical Finance Section, Department of Mathematics, Imperial College, London, presents a keynote presentation as part of WatRISQ entitled, “Smooth Optimal Value Function with Applications”. Dr. Zheng’s Research includes Stochastic Control and Optimization, Financial Mathematics.

To register for this workshop, please visit the Student Success Office website. Knowing effective strategies to organize information presented in lectures and textbooks will improve concentration, increase recall and save time.  In this workshop you’ll explore several note-taking and reading strategies. In addition you will identify your own note-taking style, practice the SQ3R reading technique, and learn about the role effective listening plays in your success.
