The WIN Nano Graduate Student Seminar Series provides an opportunity for nanotechnology graduate students of WIN members to present and discuss their research, to help foster knowledge exchange and dialogue between researchers and across disciplines.
Every Tuesday, starting Sept 9th through until Nov 25th, from 12:30-1:30pm, in the QNC 1501 seminar room, two students will each give a 20 minute talk, followed by a 10 minute discussion on each presentation.
This workshop provides you with an overview of the Statistics Canada website, including effective techniques for uncovering the vast amount of statistical information available.
By the end of this hands-on workshop, you will be able to
search the Statistics Canada website efficiently, locate statistics by subject, search and retrieve data from CANSIM for free, and find current and historical Canadian Census statistics.
