Hear briefly from the Office of Academic Integrity about why you need to reference your sources. Then learn how to manage your references, create bibliographies, and format your papers in a variety of citation styles from a liaison librarian using RefWorks, a web-based citation software freely available to all UWaterloo students, faculty, and staff.

Would you like to create a map for your course assignment or research project but don’t know where to start? This workshop will teach you the basics with the popular Esri ArcGIS Desktop 10.2 program. You will learn how to add GIS data, how to create simple maps, and where to find GIS data and resources.

In the second session, discover how to apply your MBTI type to explore potential careers. NOTE: There is a materials charge of $10.00 payable at the Centre for Career Action prior to the session. Once you have registered and paid, you will be given information on how to complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) online.

The Upstart Festival is a bi-annual one act play festival run by uWaterloo Drama students presenting original and innovative works of theatre. This year all 8 shows have been produced, directed and acted by uWaterloo students with seven out of the eight plays being original works. Upstart 14features a wide range of performance styles including comedy, drama, movement-based theatre and commedia dell’arte.
