The WIN Nano Graduate Student Seminar Series provides an opportunity for nanotechnology graduate students of WIN members to present and discuss their research, to help foster knowledge exchange and dialogue between researchers and across disciplines.
Every Tuesday, starting Sept 9th through until Nov 25th, from 12:30-1:30pm, in the QNC 1501 seminar room, two students will each give a 20 minute talk, followed by a 10 minute discussion on each presentation.

In this 50 minute hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about and apply reliable tips and tools to help you find the best articles on your topic. You’ll also learn how to problem solve disappointing database search results.

This information session is for new or existing students who want to learn about their study permit and temporary resident visa - we will be talking about regulations surrounding studying and working in Canada; the privileges and restrictions imposed on designated countries and the program of studies, when and where to submit renewal applications, as well as how to get a Social Insurance Number (SIN).
