Conchies Speak: Ontario Mennonites in Alternatives Service 1941-1946

During the Second World War, 2,600 Ontario Mennonite men served in conscientious objector work camps. Through archival records, this exhibit recovers their voices and stories. Free. Guided tours and additional programming available for groups if arranged in advance.

The Centre for Career action will be holding its semi-annual Further Education Boot Camp on September 24, 2016. The event is open to Waterloo students and alumni, and will feature multiple workshops in one day. Experts from health related fields will talk about their practice, and information on post-graduate application requirements/admission tests will be provided.

Sleeper_Vertical is a generative animation work by Ian Birse and Laura Kavanaugh, created for the unique aspect ratio of the Christie Digital MicroTiles Wall at the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus. The animation will be on display at the Stratford Campus from 12:00 - 5:00 PM on weekends from September 10 - November 27.
