Learn about the habit loop; the stages of change cycle; how to re-shape or change habits; strategies to increase motivation, overcome obstacles and increase chances for success; and how to relax using progressive muscle relaxation.

The part-time Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) program is a 3-year graduate business degree designed for individuals who want to develop the skills to lead change and launch new ideas while balancing full-time work.
Course material will be delivered in weekend sessions over three years, with the next cohort starting classes in September 2019. In MBET, students learn inside and outside the classroom. Core business courses are integrated with practical experience, networking, and hands-on learning in the most entrepreneurial community in Canada.
